Why I Created Zealous Academy
Hi, I am Ann McLaughlin-Delisca. For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside learners, educators, and community leaders as they pursued new opportunities through education. Throughout that journey, I have been blessed to serve thousands of learners, support hundreds of educators, and equip hundreds of nonprofit volunteers and community leaders. Along the way, I have witnessed firsthand how learning builds confidence, unlocks potential, and creates opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom. Those experiences reinforced something I have always believed: Education changes lives. That is why I created Zealous Academy. My mission is to create engaging learning experiences that equip people with practical skills, strengthen confidence, and prepare them to lead with purpose — whether in the classroom, the workplace, or the community. Because when people learn with purpose, they grow with confidence. And confident people create stronger workplaces, healthier communities, and brighter futures.
